I guess "professional" writers are too cool for feedback from their employer. I think the reason they do this is because they have so many writers and it would be impossible to send individual feedback to all of them. Sounds like a smart solution to me. If Demand Studios wants professional writers, they should treat them as professionals instead of as elementary school students. I think this will cause the company to lose their good writers.
